Cancun Inter Terminal Transit Information

For Passengers connecting from Tropic Air flights

A complimentary courtesy inter-terminal shuttle is provided to passengers requiring a transfer to connecting flights in other terminals. This shuttle departs the FBO at a scheduled time based upon the flight’s arrival and will go to the Terminal 4 transit area. For the departure time on your day please check with our agent upon arrival. Please note: there is only one complimentary shuttle departure per day. Shuttles needed at any other time(s) will be at the passenger’s expense.

For Passengers connecting to Tropic Air flights

A complimentary airport inter-terminal shuttle is provided to passengers requiring a transfer to the Tropic Air check-in counter from flights arriving at other terminals. To access this shuttle, please follow “FREE TERMINAL SHUTTLE” signage to the bus stop. Once on board, please be sure to tell the driver that you wish to go to the FBO Terminal. The stop at the FBO terminal is upon request only, so passengers must request it.
